[Male Flatmate Required (Non-vegetarian)] Hi everyone, We are looking for a chill flatmate to occupy a room on the ground floor of a 5BHK, G+2 Villa, located in Indiranagar, 500m from Gachibowli circle, from around the first week of December. NO BROKERAGE required Details: 1. The villa is located in a peaceful society with lots of greenery all around. The society has a children's park and a walking area. It is in a prime location, with almost every major outlets within walkable distance (Zudio, Star Mart, Paradise biryani, nightclubs, breweries, Royal Enfield showroom, barber shop, fruit markets, chai sutta shops, DLF, KFC, Cult fit gyms (2 in walking distance). Society also has 24x7 security, water supply and electricity. 2. The villa has 3 floors, 3 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 normal bedrooms, 1 store room, 1 kitchen (ground floor), 3 hall areas, 2 balconies, a large open terrace and AMPLE space. All rooms have ACs and all bathrooms have geysers. The kitchen has a fridge (included in rent), microwave, induction cooker and mixer grinder (bought by previous flatmates). The villa also comes with 3 cushioned couches, ample number of single beds and single mattresses and 2 easy chairs. Parking space is ample and available. 3. You should be non-vegetarian/have absolutely no problems with meat being cooked in the kitchen/stored in the fridge. We believe in no restrictions, our owner has none, and we expect you will also be like-minded. Cost breakup: 1. Rent of room: 17000 payable at the start of the month, including maintenance, and 2 months of security deposit (NO BROKERAGE) 2.
