Flatmate required in 3BHK flat in HSR-Layout

I am currently looking for my replacement in a single occupancy 3ВНК house in HSR Extension. The house is located on the 3rd floor of a standalone building (only house on the floor). No elevator. - The flat has main room available with an attached washroom & geyser. Room's share is Rs 13,650. Deposit is Rs 33,500 per head (plus one-time setup cost) - The house is pretty spacious & furnished, featuring a modular kitchen and wardrobes, geyser in every room and good ventilation. Some of the furniture is rented i.e. bed & desk in the room (rentmojo). - There is a one-time setup cost of Rs 15,000 per person. This amount covers essential items such as curtains, utensils, a mixer-grinder, a double door fridge, a fully automatic washing machine, decorative lights, a cloth stand, a shoe rack and Sofa set in the hall. (consider this as deposit which you can recover when you vacate, same as I am) - Cost for the maid & cook is separate. Cook is optional but Maid Rs 1,500pm is a must. - The room is available for moving in from 1st August. - Non veg is cooked in the house sometimes. - Owner interference is very less, unless you're banging unreasonably loud music at night. - Please note that the figures mentioned above are non-negotiable as this is what I'm currently paying as part of ongoing arrangement with other 2 flatmates.
