Here are the details of the flat: Fully furnished with TV, Sofa, Fridge, Bed with mattress, separate mattress, 2 bean bags, Big Study Table with Gaming Chair, kitchen utensils (all main ones), Bucket and Mug, Wardrobe, and a Big Mirror in the Bedroom. Bedroom with big window for natural light and great ventilation throughout the apartment. Terrace that's open 24*7 for those lazy evenings or cozy gatherings. 3rd floor apartment with 24hr lift and no restrictions. Parking space available for those with a vehicle. No lock-in period, just inform a month prior to moving out. Cleanliness of the apartment is a shared responsibility, and we all need to ensure it's kept clean all the time. Hookah available in the flat for those who enjoy it. And here are the qualities I'm looking for in a flatmate: Friendly and easy-going. Shouldn't have a problem with drinking, smoking, or non-veg food. Respects private space and doesn't get bothered by friends visiting occasionally. Other details: Monthly rent: 11K Deposit: 8K (refundable if nothing is damaged, just painting charges might get deducted). Setup cost: 5K to cover all the furnishings and amenities.
