Need a female replacement in a 3bhk duplex!! 📍Behind NGV (kora) 8th block {technically ejipura} * Rent - 16875 (it’s a steallll) * Deposit - 83k (some amount will get deducted when vacating) * One time set up cost - 20k (negotiable, includes the bed, mattress, study table, and a couple of things and repairs in the house) * Cook aunty, wifi, electricity, grocery and all the utility bills come upto 7-8k per month fully furnished, you just need to get your bags🎒 close to all the major areas like kora, indirangar, mg road, domlur available from 15th march pros: - room (u fact the entire house) gets great sunlight!!!! 🌤️ - very spacious bathroom with a bathtub!!! 🛀 - the most amazing cook aunty (will literally treat you like her own child) 💕 - huge balcony with great view 🌴 cons: - one lane outside isn’t really the best (chicken and fish shops) but it’s pretty safe nonetheless couple of other pointers: - it’s a standalone building - non veg get cooked in here - bathroom is attached but shared (as in there are 2 doors the washroom, one attached to each room) - smoking inside the house is not allowed, in the terrace is fine - all the flatmates are pretty chill, barely have ever had any issues in here dm me if you wanna visit 🥰
