Looking for a female flatmate to join our little home in Bommanahalli 🌿 Hey everyone! We’re looking for a female flatmate to move into our 3 BHK apartment from the first week of November. A little about the house: A spacious, semi-furnished 3 BHK with a huge living room, a big kitchen and plenty of natural light. The available room has an attached balcony, a steel cupboard and a dedicated washroom just outside the room. We’re on the 3rd floor in a corner apartment, so the house gets lovely sunlight and has great ventilation. The society terrace overlooks Bommanahalli Lake, with gorgeous sunset views! The metro station is just 500 m away, with easy road connectivity to Electronic City, HSR and Koramangala. Located on 4th Main Road, NGR Layout, super close to Silk Board Junction. We have a cook who makes amazing, amazing, amazing food and a cleaning didi who comes every day. Dedicated parking available for a car or two-wheeler. Friends and family are welcome! We just ask everyone to be considerate of the other people living in the house. The apartment is semi-furnished, and you can arrange the remaining furnishings yourself or purchase them from the previous resident. Rent and expenses: Room rent: ₹13,850/month Maintenance: ₹1,320/month Cook, cleaning, electricity, appliance rentals and other shared expenses: ~₹4,000–5,000/month Total estimated monthly cost: ₹19,000–20,000 A nominal one-time setup cost is payable to the previous resident. A little about us: There are two of us living here, and we’re looking for someone warm, chill, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. We love slow mornings, cosy evenings, warm lights and having our own space when we need it, but also enjoy spontaneous plans, fun weekends and occasional parties. We’d prefer someone below 27.
