It's a gated society with 24/7 power backup, maintenance support, badminton court, 2 and 4 wheeler parking and gym. The apartment is already furnished with - Washing machine, TV, Sofa, Microwave, Fridge, Stove. The room is also furnished with - a bed, - cupboards, - study table and - chair. The room has a non-attached, but dedicated washroom right outside. The apartment is very well lit and ventilated I'm an IT professional, in my early-20s.
