Looking for a cat-friendly chilled out person to replace me in a 3BHK. The room comes fully furnished with two cupboard spaces. The house is spacious and very well ventilated with lots of sunlight. Furnishing has been already done by us for the hall and kitchen. Anything coming with the tenant is always welcome 🙂. Building is on the main road with all necessities on right in front of the house. The house comes with 24x7 water supply, power back up, lift, security guard and covered parking space for a two wheeler as well as a small gym. Location: Sycon Horamavu, Horamavu Main road. Flat is on the fourth floor The hall and kitchen are furnished and comes with all amenities. Rent : 15,700 per month including maintenance Deposit : 50,000 Optional - Extra furnishing in the room can be taken by the tenant or will be sold but first preference is obviously given to the tenant. Side table: 2k Study table & chair : 3k All other expenses like cleaning, cooking, WiFi, appliances etc will be split three ways. We have 2 adorable cats who mostly mind their business but you are most welcome to play and cuddle with them. The other rooms are occupied by two of my friends. Both are girls and really cool people.
