I have finally found a very nice apartment on 11th floor in a gated society in yelahanka new Town in Purva Venezia. It's a very well ventilated luxurious flat with society amenities including Gym, Pool, Sauna, badminton a very lush green park and a indoor supermarket too. You can reach airport and Manyata Tech Park both in around 30 mins. Hebbal is 15 mins from here. A good place for people working in north bangalore. Room 1 : 11.5K, Deposit - 70K ( semi-furnished + wardrobe + dedicated attached bathroom ) Room 2 : 11K, Deposit - 60K ( semi-furnished + Table + dedicated non-attached bathroom ) Maintenance : 6.9K ( ~2.3K per person ) NO BROKERAGE REQUIRED Other expenses : Additional one time expenses like Fridge and Washing Machine and a bare minimum-Sofa will be needed. Approx one time 5K per person should cover this. Other expenses for Maid, electricity, WiFi, Water and cook ( if needed ) will be split equally among 3 people.
