Hey there! I'm on the hunt for two cool, easygoing female flatmates to join me in a very spacious 3BHK just opposite Play Arena, off Sarjapur Rd. If you're working in Bellandur(Ecospace, Ecoworld, GTP, etc), you've hit the jackpot - and HSR layout folks, it’s just 5kms away. Move-in date is Sept 1st. Painting and carpentry work is going on in the house so excuse the mess in the pictures. About the apartment: 🔒 Gated community with 24/7 security ⚡️ 24/7 Power backup 🛵 Parking space 🛗 Lift P.S: The apartment is not really a loud-party friendly place. So, loud music or late night parties won’t be entertained by the neighbours. Room 1: Rent 12.5k (I will be occupying this room) Room 2: 1. Rent 11.5k 2. a movable wardrobe 3. Attached washroom 4. Well ventilated with lots of natural light Room 3: 1. Rent 11k 2. This room has inbuilt wardrobes and dressing 3. Double bed mattress 4. Non-attached but dedicated washroom 5. Well ventilated The nitty-gritty: 💰 Maintenance: 2.5k/3 = 833 pp | Deposit: 1L/3 = 33.3k pp 🔧 Maid: 5k/3 = 1666 pp | Cook: 8k/3 = 2666 pp Brokerage: 3.3k pp Water, Electricity and WiFi bills as per actuals. I have below stuff already with me - Refrigerator - Sofa with coffee table - Fully equipped kitchen stuff We can discuss the setup cost for these. In case we are not able to find a third roommate by Aug end, we will have to split all expenses for Sept month by 2.
